Warranty Coverage

Game Getter Hunting Blinds (“Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser that its hunting blinds, when professionally installed by an authorized installer, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty applies only to blinds that have been properly installed by an authorized installer. The warranty does not extend to blinds that have been moved, reinstalled, or altered after initial installation.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, weathering, or fading.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, vandalism, fire, flood, or other acts of nature.
  • Improper care, maintenance, or storage.
  • Any modifications or repairs performed by non-authorized parties.

Remedy

During the warranty period, if a product defect covered by this warranty is found, Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective blind or component at no charge. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available under this warranty.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation site. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the blinds, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Claim Procedure

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and installation date and notify Manufacturer in writing within the warranty period. Claims should be directed Game Getter Hunting Blinds.
