The 6x6 Game Getter Hunting Blind

The 6x6 Game Getter is a real hunting blind hand-built from solid wood and welded steel. What makes a Game Getter Blind unique is our welded steel base. We start with 16 gage 2x2 steel that comes in 24' lengths. We cut it, weld it and then grind it out smooth. Then we send it out for a protective powder coating which is baked on at 475 degrees. We use the same process on our ladders which have grab bars on both sides and not just one side.

Game Getter Hunting Blinds are built on top of the welded 16 gage steel frame that will never rot, warp or twist. There is a deck that you safely step onto at the top of the ladder that has safety railing. You walk into the Blind standing up and you exit the same way. Safely. You step onto a carpeted floor into the Blind that is 6x6 or 6x8. The roof is OSB underlayment with steel roofing material on top of that. The walls are sided with ½” plywood that is painted inside and out and insulation really isn’t necessary as they hold heat very well. The windows are at just the right height and come in Plexiglass or thermo-pane glass. You can stand up in a Game Getter Hunting Blind and still see out from the stand-up viewing windows. A Game Getter Hunting Blind will last for generations.
